Here's the scoop....(details)
These mini canvas paintings measure either 6" x 6" OR 8" x 8"
and now for a limited time I am offering

Now for the nitty gritty:
Upon purchasing your
your mini canvas your spot will be held and I will then e-mail you and ask for the following:
1) Photo of your dogs head
*This does not need to
be a great photo...but just remember, I can
only paint what I see...
I prefer to have your dog looking AT the camera... NOT "over at the camera"
NOT "up at the camera"
NOT "down at the camera"
...but RIGHT at the camera.
Remember, I paint from the eyes, so it really helps me if your dog is looking at the camera.
2) Dogs name - feel free to
tell me a bit about his/her personality. Provide basic feature colors, markings, etc.
3)Tell me your preferred background colors (this will not be exact, but it helps for me to know what you like/dislike.)
The main thing to remember with these paintings...
is that they are my whimsical interpretation of your pet...
so they will not be exact, but I promise you they will be fun and certainly become a treasured addition to your pet memorabilia.
My Studio retains copyright on all painting/prints. This allows me to offer you paints at a reduced rate that may become part of my print line.
Your painting will be done
on stretched box canvas
which means that the sides will be painted so it will need no frame.
It will be sprayed with a protetive enamel finish.

Head Shots...
I call these my quick sketch headshots because they are quick studys on the face of an animal...and my favorite thing to do in the spring is sit with the windows open and paint in the sunshine!

that way we see each other
clearly as I work to finish
your painting...

your dog as I paint....
